There are no buildings except for three <i>chiringuitos<\/i> or beach bars along the shore, all owned by the same person. The beach takes its name from the reservoir (<i>bassa<\/i> in Ibizan language) by the shore which connects with the sea. It is surrounded by a forest of pines, junipers and tamarinds.
