Travelift and slipway service
The Club Nàutic Sant Antoni boatyard is equipped with a 20-ton Travelift for launching and hauling out (maximum of 18 metres LOA and beam of 4.40 metres) and users have the option of launching and retrieving smaller boats directly from the trailer via the slipway.
Bottom cleaning
Cleaning with pressurised water and removal of biofouling, grease, dirt and contaminants.

Scale removal
After washing the wetted surfaces there are often residues that need to be removed manually.

Sanding
Sanding of the wetted surface using mechanical means until the pores are opened.
Antifouling
Antifouling paint is applied manually with a roller using the most appropriate product. Two coats are applied in addition to a 10-cm-wide reinforcement strip along the entire waterline.

Antifouling paint
We work with high-end products that are essential for keeping the hull in good condition while respecting the marine environment.

Anode replacement
Corroded anodes can be replaced with top-quality materials at the Club Nàutic Sant Antoni boatyard.
Topsides and superstructure polishing
We restore your boat’s gloss by friction polishing or progressive wet sanding.

Cleaning and stripping
Shafts, propellers, flaps, propulsion systems and other metallic hull components.

Priming and topcoat
Proper upkeep of the hull’s metallic components.

Varnishing
Varnishing the boat’s wooden fittings.

Hoisting
We can provide lifting service if you need to take your boat out of the water for short periods (service subject to availability).
Stripping
Stripping the hull at least every four years saves fuel, enhances performance and ensures adherence of future antifouling applications.

Osmosis
We can provide preventive and/or remedial anti-osmosis treatment.
