The task of Es Nàutic’s team of professionals is to ensure that members and clients enjoy our installations in top conditions so that we can offer them a pleasant and efficient service.
Club Nàutic Sant Antoni has a large staff with over 60 permanent professionals who are joined by seasonal employees, when the staff can number over one hundred employees. The team is organised into different departments and coordinated by the Manager Ms Diana Loro.
Our professional team endeavours to make Es Nàutic a benchmark in the sailing and tourism sector in the Balearic archipelago, and within the Mediterranean Arc, fulfilling its initial aim of providing everyone with access to the sea, increasing their knowledge enjoyment and respect.
Another part of the Club’s mission is to convey security and trust to all users of the facilities so that they can enjoy them with every safety to the full. With this in mind, our team takes great care to learn from and listen to our members’ and clients’ needs, in order to offer a quality service and provide them with impeccable care. At the same time, every effort is made to look after the sea and the coastline, always seeking excellence in management.
