Quality and sustainability

The Club

Club Nàutic Sant Antoni has put in place an Integrated Management System which is based on adapting our installations, organisation and protocols to the ISO 9001 Quality Standard, ISO 14001 Environment AND ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety, in addition to the Q Quality certification issued by the Spanish Tourism Quality Institute. We are also developing a carbon footprint plan based on the analysis, calculation, reduction and compensation of greenhouse gas emissions, certified by ISO 14064.

As part of this strategy of continuous improvement, with a view to ensuring quality, environmental protection and safety of workers, the Club Nàutic Board of Directors, with the collaboration and involvement of all its personnel, has established some general guidelines for the whole organisation, based on the following:

  • Maintain and improve efficacy of the Integrated Management System in compliance with the provisions of the UNE-EN-ISO 9001, UNE-EN- ISO 14001, UNE-EN-ISO 45001, UNE-ISO 13687-3 and UNE-ISO 14064 standards.
  • Ensure satisfaction of members, clients and other stakeholders, analysing and addressing their needs and expectations.
  • Commitment to compliance with the legal and regulatory requirements applicable to our Club.
  • Commitment to development and performance of complementary yachting activities of social and/or sporting interest, also collaborating with dissemination of tourism in the environment.
  • Provision of the requisite means and training skills for human resources.
  • Adequate use of the information flows provided by the Club’s organisation and communications system.
  • Informing all members and users of our undertaking to improve the environment and occupational safety.
  • Motivation and creation of awareness among personnel in order to achieve goals and improve quality systems.
  • Management of any faults or failures in order to ensure their elimination in future.
  • The Board of Directors considers that establishing close relations with members is a priority, and that this can bring new ideas, suggestions or complaints.
  • Organisation that is based on the principles of corporate social responsibility in matters of accountability, transparency, ethical conduct and respect for human rights.
  • Commitment to integrating equal opportunities for men and women in our Management System as a basic and crosscutting principle.
